Ladies and gentlemen, after 18 months of inactivity, the Green Archers and the Blue Eagles will once again renew their storied rivalry this Thursday as they face each other head to head in the Araneta Coliseum. The drumbeats will reverberate through the very tunnels of our nerves, and our cheers will scream until our lungs start to tear. The sea of green shall once again flow with the sea of blue in a battle of the greater fluid density in the huge dome. After more than a year’s wait, the day has come: De La Salle versus Ateneo!

For those of you who have already gotten tickets, special mention to those who fell in line 3 hours before the sale of tickets in the Yuchenco lobby, congratulations for earning the opportunity to witness first-hand our Green Archers give their hearts and souls for our ultimate victory!

For those of you who are hoping to get tickets, Araneta Coliseum will still be selling tickets on game day. Just make sure to be there early enough to avoid the selling-out of the good seats. Either way, General Admission is always available.

For the other Lasallians who will not have the privilege of going to the game, it will be televised through a live feed in the Gokongwei Lobby; sponsored by Catch2t8, Catch2t9, and Catch2t10.

To the ones who will be watching at home or any other sports bar for that matter, sit back with a cold beer in one hand and the remote in the trash can. Don’t turn the channels because it will be an all-out support by the whole Lasallian community all over the nation.

If we must lose, then we support the team all the way and applaud the victor. If we must win, then we hang our heads high with Animo pride and extend our hands to our worthy opponents.
